3. Deposits

  • Deposits can be made via PayNow SGD and USDT. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the deposit page.
  • Deposits are credited to your account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
  • GoldBet888 does not charge fees on deposits. Bank or transfer fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility.
  • Deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes on the GoldBet888 platform.

4. Withdrawals

  • Withdrawals are processed via PayNow SGD and USDT. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply.
  • Withdrawals are typically processed within minutes after internal approval. Processing times may vary during peak periods.
  • Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or for large withdrawal amounts.
  • Withdrawals will only be sent to accounts or wallets registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
  • GoldBet888 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation if suspicious activity is detected.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

  • All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts and eligible games.

  • GoldBet888 is not responsible for technical errors caused by third-party game providers. Affected bets may be voided at the discretion of the provider.
  • Winnings derived from system errors or display malfunctions will not be paid out.

  • Allowing minors to access or use your GoldBet888 account

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and may be reported to relevant authorities.

9. Limitation of Liability

GoldBet888 shall not be liable for any losses, damages or costs arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits or interruption of service.

Our total liability to any player in relation to any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days prior to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any disputes arising from the use of GoldBet888 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Curaçao courts.
